Complete your housing application via OnePort, keeping the following dates in mind. The fall housing application opens on February 15. The priority deadline to submit your fall housing application is May 8. The deadline for fall room selection is July 31. Late submissions will still be considered on an individual basis. Students entering spring semester must submit their housing application by December 1.

First-time, first-year students are required to live on campus their first academic year or, if coming in as a new student for Spring semester, the entire Spring semester. The live-on requirement also applies to students who were early/middle college attendees. Committed students may request a waiver for an exemption to this policy in the Housing portal. Requests must meet one of our criteria for exemption:

  1. Married students
  2. Students with dependent children living with them
  3. Students 22 years of age or older
  4. Veterans
  5. Living with parent(s)/guardian(s) within 30 mile driving radius

First year students, who wish to request an exemption, must submit a Housing Waiver Request form, located in the housing portal. Waivers are subject to the approval by the Housing and Residence Life Office.

Transfer students are offered a special opportunity to live in any residence hall, but space is limited and not guaranteed. Apply for housing early to increase your chances of obtaining on-campus housing.

All students living on campus at ÿÈÕ´óÈüÈë¿Ú are automatically enrolled in an unlimited meal plan. You can change or opt out of your meal plan. Visit for more information. Those residing in The Woods do not have to purchase a meal plan. Students who live in The Woods or who do not live in a residence hall
